The Saturn born of a need to face the growing threat against the Federation. An explorer redesigned, her systems evolved to the next step to meet the unknown. The ship untested like no other and yet the potential to surpass all those who have come before her. Her crew, people like you and me who seek a better tomorrow, their lives entwined with the Saturn as they reach out into the stars.

Welcome to the USS Saturn-A, a Galaxy-X class dreadnought variant, built at a time when the Federation faces insurmountable odds from all quarters. The Saturn is an ongoing experiment, testing new technologies along side old. As a member of Tango Fleet, her main port of call on the borders of Federation space in the Beta Quadrant is a space station located in the Bellatrix[Gamma Orionis] star system bordering the mysterious Delta Triangle and the Gorn Hegemony. Her primary mission to protect the people of the frontier, to meet the challenges from such races as the Gorns, the Tholians, the Cardassians, even the Klingons and of course whatever else is out there.

These are the adventures of the USS Saturn, whose journeys will take her to the ends of space and beyond, will you be with us?
